Do you work on existing systems built by another contractor?
Yes. We routinely take over legacy control systems, reverse engineer the existing logic where documentation is missing, and produce clean as-built drawings before making changes.
How quickly can an engineer attend a site in Singapore?
For clients under a managed support agreement we respond within the target in the agreement, often the same working day. For new enquiries we usually confirm a survey visit within a few working days.
Can you provide a fixed price for a project?
Where the scope is clear and stable, yes. Where the condition of an existing plant is uncertain, we propose a survey phase first so that the fixed price reflects reality rather than an optimistic guess.
